Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your RxGPT subscription through the Settings menu in your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will be applied.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a specialized B2B software service; therefore, all sales are final upon the activation of your access. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

3. Refund Exceptions

A refund will be issued only under the following conditions:

• Systemic Failure: If the RxGPT platform experiences a total service outage for more than 48 consecutive hours that we are unable to resolve.
• Billing Discrepancy: Charges resulting from technical errors or unauthorized transactions.

4. Refund Process

Submit your claim to pragya@rxgpthealth.com with your Transaction ID, date of payment, and supporting documentation (for example, screenshots or service logs). We will review the request within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
