We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform for your internal business or clinical purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary AI models.

As a user, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including patient data privacy regulations.
4. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for maximum accuracy, our AI models are provided "as-is." Infinitum-Core-AI is not liable for any clinical decisions made based on AI output. Users are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated reports before clinical implementation.
5. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha, India.
